Biograd na moru

Biograd is a small town devoid of city noise and traffic, yet only 25 kilometers away from Zadar , has very good connections to all major cities . By highway we can quickly reach Šibenik, Split and airport Zemunik . It is it’s central position on the Croatian map Biograd allows guests easy access to the other beauty of this area . In the immediate vicinity are three national parks: Paklenica, Kornati and Krka , as well as the Nature Park Telaščica and LakeVrana . Biograd is a ferry port for the island of Pašman . It is also known for its beautiful beaches , picturesque bays and various accommodation.Along its entire coast are beautiful beaches with lush greenery that connects nicely decorated Parade where there is a multitude of cafes , restaurants and various tourist offers.The economy is based on agriculture , fishing and tourism , so do not miss good homemade food . The summer months offer numerous cultural , entertainment and sporting events . Thanks to its position on the most indented part of the Croatian Adriatic coast , this area offers excellent opportunities for nautical tourism and sailing on the Mediterranean . Biograd is a port frequented by boaters whose destination is the Kornati archipelago . Regattas, sailing and other nautical activities are organized throughout the year . Biograd marinas have 1.000 berths and 200 places on the land and are open throughout the year .

Beach Kumenat

Its only 250 meters from the apartment!
It is decorated small pebble beach with beautiful clear water. KumenatBeach is suitable for tourists who want to enjoy the peace and away from crowd.Za those who prefer a concrete beach part there is a large pier with the view of the Pasman and neighboring islands Kornati. On the beach there is a bar with a great offer of different drinks. It is followed by a wild beach stretching 2 km to the beach RedBayHarbour (Crvena luka).

Beach Soline

It is a sandy beach located at CampSoline, surrounded by pine trees. Very suitable for families with small children or non swimmers because of gradual entry into the sea. The entire bay is about 50 m long, which is why in the summer difficult to find a free spot on the beach. On the beach are available for showers, changing rooms, bars, ice cream, children playground and volleyball court.
The beach Soline can be reached on promenade that leads from the apartment (5-10min) and passing through the pine forest camp, and with a car you can get straight to the parking lot near the tennis courts which are charged.

Beach Dražica

Beach Dražice is the main town beach and stretches from the beach Soline to the hotel Adriatik.Throughout it’s whole lenght stretches a beach promenade surrounded by lovely pine- shaded , and where there are numerous bars and souvenir stands . The promenade is usually illuminated for walks in the evening and is suitable for cycling or rollerblading . The beach has a gradual entry into the sea and has been a few years in a row winner of the Blue Flag ( special award for cleanliness and conservation ecology ) . On the beach there are various attractions and entertainment facilities , a swimming pool with sea water , which hosts various evening programs such as concerts, plays and summer disco . There is also a water slide , along which there are cafes and other water sports equipment that can be rented ( scooters , pedal boats , canoes , boats ) . The beach is equipped with changing rooms and showers as well as first-aiders . On the beach there is also a poolside entrance into the sea adjusted for persons with disabilities and on the beach you can even rent chairs and umbrellas.

Beach Bošana

Located on the north-western part of the city. Pebble beach is spacious with a gradual entrance to the sea. It takes a 10-minute walk along the shore from the city to the beach and then by promenade behind the new marina. The beach has a cafe, restaurant and fast food. Available is a court for volleyball and playground foe children. Since there is no shade, it is necessary to take adequate protection against the sun.

Plaža Crvena luka

It is located about two miles from the Biograd town center. Located in a sandy cove surrounded by pine trees. The beach can be reached on foot from the village settlement Kumenat and by boats that can be rented on the beach Soline and Dražica or by car.
With the car it can be reach by the main road in the direction of Pakostane where you come to the turnoff to RedBayHarbour. (car parking charges apply). This sandy beach Crvena Luka was declared one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. SandyBay is surrounded by pine trees and the bottom gradually descends into the depths, and is ideal for children and nonswimmers.In the bay are located, newly renovated hotel facilities but individual guests are allowed access to the beach. On the beach you can rent and have countless entertainment and sports equipment, buy an ice cream or a refreshing drink at the bar.
